- All RVSN Armies, Corps, Divisions and Regiments
has been updated. A few regiments has changed numbers, due to new
information (mainly 4th, 18th and 60th Missile Divisions).
12th May 2018:
- All Tank Divisions and
Motorised Rifle Divisions has
been updated.
- location data is now as accurate as possible, and include US
intelligence barracks designations. Coordinates will usually points to
the center of each barracks area.
- Equipment data has been added for 1.12.85, and includes personnel,
medium/heavy tanks, armoured personnel carriers/infantry fighting
vehicles and artillery pieces (100mm or above).
- The equipment data is only available for the CFE treaty zone - see
each individual division or this
summary.
- Readiness data has been updated for all divisions.
- Non-Soviet Warsaw Pact army units
has been added (not complete), and includes the same data as mentioned
above. This section is under development.
- The Soviet Readiness System
has been updated. Mobilisation divisions has been added, but only those that
actually had their own equipment. It is now clear that most Soviet
mobilisation divisions were only divisions on paper.
