division, from the 597th Motorised Rifle Regiment (107th
Motorised Rifle Division).
The division was unmanned, except for some pre-assigned
officers, serving with the parent division (107th Motorised
Rifle Division) - the equipment set was co-located with the
107th Motorised Rifle Division until 1981.
Unfortunately, sub-unit numbers are rarely known within
mobilisation divisions.
