The regiment controlled site BSP-22 with 2 R-16 pads.

In 1969 took control over site BSP-2 from the 730th Missile Regiment and site BSP-21 from the 684th Missile Regiment:

• site BSP-2 with 2 R-16 pads
• site BSP-21 with 2 R-16 pads
• site BSP-22 with 2 R-16 pads

The regiment stood down 1976, and was disbanded 1.12.76.
