The regiment controlled site BSP-13 with 2 R-16 pads.

In 1968 the BSP-13 site was transferred to the 775th Missile Regiment.

The regiment went on alert duty with 9 Temp-S (SS-12) missiles in 1968.

Transferred to the Soviet Army in 1968, and renamed 124th Missile Brigade in 1969.

US designation 1964-1968: Drovyanaya ICBM complex (Launch site A, later launch site 1). Type IIB pads.
