The regiment went on alert duty 25.8.69 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-1.
The regiment converted to the UR-100K missile in 1974.
The regiment stood down in 1988.
The regiment went on alert duty 30.12.88 with 9 RT-2PM Topol (15P158) (SS-25) missiles.
In 2011 the regiment converted to the 9P155M (RS-24 Yars) (SS-29) - alert duty from 5.8.2011 with 9 missiles.
