Activated 3.64 in Teykovo, Ivanovo Oblast, under the 54th Guards Missile Division.

The regiment controlled site BSP-1 with 2 R-16 pads.

In 1968 the BSP-31 and BSP-33 sites were transferred to the 771st Missile Regiment, now with:

• site BSP-1 with 2 R-16 pads
• site BSP-31 with 2 R-16 pads
• site BSP-33 with 2 R-16 pads

The regiment stood down 1977, and was disbanded shortly thereafter.

US designation 1960-1977: Teykovo ICBM complex (Launch site C, later Launch Site 3). Type IIB pads.
