Korps-Artillerie-Regiment 1 der Luftwaffe

Formed in January 1944.

In May 1944 the I./KAR.1 was transferred to Korps-Artillerie-Regiment 2 der Luftwaffe. A new I./KAR.1 was formed from Korps-Artillerie-Abteilung des XI. Fliegerkorps.

In June 1944 the unit was renamed Fallschirm-Artillerie-Regiment 11.

The Stab was disbanded 18.1.45, and became Fallschirm-Artillerie-Kommandeur 12, and a new Stab was formed.

On 8.2.45 the II./FAR.11 became II./FAR.12 and III./FAR.11 became III./FAR.6, both battalions were reformed.

On 17.3.45 the regiment was disbanded: Stab, II. and III./FAR.11 became Stab, II. and I./FAR.9, and Stab I./FAR.11 became Stab/Fallschirm-Artillerie-Regiment z.b.V. Hermann Göring.

The regiment was renamed Fallschirm-Artillerie-Regiment 111 on 28.3.45, but did not exist at this time.
