In 1988 the 4324th Anti-Aircraft Missile Battalion was disbanded, and the
4325th Anti-Aircraft Missile Battalion was renamed 4324th Anti-Aircraft Missile
Battalion.
In 1989 the 4351st Anti-Aircraft Missile Battalion was activated in Retschow
[54 03 32N, 11 52 47E] with S-300PMU (SA-10) missiles - never operational -
missiles returned to the Soviet Union in early 1990.
In case of mobilisation an additional four S-75 battalions would have been
activated (4141 in Luckow, 4142 in Bochow, 4143 in Saarmund and 4144 in
Schenkendorf).
