In 1975 the 26th Anti-Aircraft Missile Battalion was activated in Galata (43
09 29N, 27 54 13E) with 4 S-125 launchers.
In 1976 the 18th Anti-Aircraft Missile Battalion moved to a new position (42
27 04N, 27 37 57E), now with 4 S-125 launchers, while the 14th Anti-Aircraft
Missile Battalion moved to Vladislavovo (43 15 46N, 27 51 34E).
