Activated 1960 in Sovetskaya Gavan, Khabarovsk Kray, as the
000 Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment.
Initially with four S-75 (SA-2) battalions.
1962 an additional four S-125 (SA-3) battalions were activated
(including two mobilisation battalions).
1962 renamed 192nd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade.
