Consists of the eastern control center for the US-KMO (Progress) Early Warning Satellite System.

Contruction began in 1981 - equipment tuning from 1987 - tests began 4.98, after considerable delay due to funding issues - experimental alert duty from 2001 - full alert duty from 10.12.2002.
