Mainly used by Air Defence (PVO) units in the Siberian, Transbaykal and Far Eastern Military Districts.

Equipment were stored at the base (S-75, S-125, S-200 and S-300) to minimize transport to and from the training range.

• two S-200V sites at 52 51 21N, 113 39 59E
• several S-75 and S-125 sites at 52 51 51N, 113 37 29 - mainly used for S-300 tests today
• the Army also conducted live fire of the Krug (SA-4) missile at the range (52 52 57N, 113 36 06E)
