Formed 5.42 in Luftgau IV with 1. - 4. Batterien.

5./s.532 was formed in 10.42 from Luftwaffen-Sperrfeuer-Batterie 114.

In 1943 3./s.532 became s.Flak-Bttr.zbV 1522 and 4./s.532 became 5./388; both was reformed.

6. - 9./s.532 was formed in 1944, but shortly after 7./s.532 became 5./282 and 9./s.532 became 5./246.

6./s.532 was a RAD Batterie.
