Activated 23.6.66 in Tatischevo, Saratov Oblast, under the 60th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 7.12.66 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos in area BRK-1.

The regiment stood down 1975, and began conversion to the UR-100N (SS-19) missile - alert duty from 18.12.76.

Converted to the UR-100NU (SS-19) missile in 1985.

Disbanded 2007.
