Activated 1.10.69 at Khmelnitskiy (Rakovo), Khmelnitskiy Oblast, under the 19th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 12.71 with 10 UR-100 (8K84M) silos in area BRK-6.

Converted to the UR-100N (15A30), and went on alert duty 6.76.

Converted to the UR-100NU (15A35) missile and went on alert duty in 1984.

The missiles were removed between April and June 1994, and the regiment officially stood down in June 1994.

Disbanded 12.96.
