Activated 1966 in Tatischevo, Saratov Oblast, under the 60th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 12.8.68 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos in area BRK-10.

The regiment stood down 1977, and began conversion to the UR-100N (SS-19) missile - alert duty from 8.78.

The regiment stood down 1983, and began conversion to the UR-100NU (SS-19) missile - alert duty from 1983.

Disbanded 2007.
