Activated 1966 in Yasnaya (Olovyannaya), Chita Oblast, under the 47th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 25.5.67 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos in area BRK-6.

The regiment stood down in 1973, and converted to the UR-100K missile - alert duty from 28.12.74.

Disbanded 1991.
