Activated 1966 in Dombarovskiy, Orenburg Oblast, under the 13th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 10.10.67 with 6 R-36 (8K67) (SS-9) missiles in area BRK-4.

The regiment stood down in 1976, and began conversion to the R-36M (SS-18 missile) - alert duty from 16.9.77.

Disbanded 1995.
