Activated 11.66 in Teykovo, Ivanovo Oblast, under the 54th Guards Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 27.12.68 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos in area BRK-3.

The regiment converted to the UR-100K missile in 1973.

The regiment stood down in 1988.

The regiment went on alert duty 13.12.88 with 9 RT-2PM Topol (15P158) (SS-25) missiles.

Honoured with the name "Ivanovskiy" in 1999.

The regiment stood down 21.11.2005 and began conversion to the RT-2PM2 (SS-27).

2008 alert duty with 6 missiles and from 2009 all three battalions were operational with a total of 9 RT-2PM2 (SS-27) missiles.
