Activated 1966 in Uzhur, Krasnoyarsk Kray, under the 62nd Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 6.9.67 with 6 R-36 (8K67) (SS-9) silos in area BRK-4.

The regiment stood down 1977, and began conversion to the R-36M (SS-18) missile - alert duty from 11.77.

The regiment stood down 1983, and began conversion to the R-36MUTTKh missile - alert duty from 1983.

Disbanded 1993.
