Activated 3.64 in Teykovo, Ivanovo Oblast, under the 54th Guards Missile Division.

The regiment controlled site BSP-4 with 2 R-16 pads.

In 1968 the regiment stood down, and the BSP-4 site was transferred to the 604th Missile Regiment.

The regiment went on alert duty 13.3.70 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos in area BRK-6.

The regiment converted to the UR-100K missile in 1974.

The regiment stood down in 1991, and was disbanded October 1991.
