Activated 4.64 in Skrunda, Latvian SSR.
Consisted of complex RO-2 (Early Warning-2) with one 5N15M Dnestr-M and one 5N86 Dnepr (NATO: dual Hen House) radars.
Contruction of the first 5N15M radar began in the spring of 1964, but was soon stopped due to the development phase of the 5N15M radar. Construction would continue from 1965.
Contruction of the 90N6 Daryal-UM radar (NATO: Pechora) (one transmitter and one receiver) began in 1983. Installation of equipment began in 1989, but all work stopped in July 1990. Joint Lavian/Russian decision 3.94, to dismantle the radar.
