15.3.80 the 28th Air Defence Corps was transferred to the Carpathian Military District, and the 1st Air Defence Division and the 21st Air Defence Division was transferred to the Odessa Military District. The 12th Air Defence Corps became attached to the Army from the Baku Air Defence District.
