Activated 10.63 in Klin-9, Moscow Oblast.
Construction began in 10.62 (Yenisey complex), but was halted in May 1963, and would not resume until after Nikita Khrushchev was replaced in October 1964. Construction began on the Tobol complex in 1965 - the complex consists of improved radar and computer system, but looks identical to the Yenisey complex from the outside. Installation of equipment for both complexes began in 12.65.
1.9.71 the Yenisey complex went to experimental alert duty with the A-350 missile, after prolonged testing, followed by the Tobol complex in 1972.
The first A-350Zh missile was installed in 1973, followed by the A-350R two years later.
Initially part of ABM system A-35, and later the A-35M.
The center went on full alert duty 15.5.78 as part of the A-35M system.

The center stood down 12.90 and was disbanded shortly thereafter.
