MRK-5 - Primorskiy SSZ, Leningrad - serial no. 41 - laid down 1972 - launched 1973 - completed 30.12.77; began trials in the Baltic Sea in 1976; accepted into the Baltic Fleet 1.78; 11.79 transferred from Baltiysk to Sevastopol, via inland waterways - arrived 24.11.79, now attached to the 166th Missile Ship Battalion; 19.4.90 decommissioned; 1992 sank in Streletskiy Bay after a fire onboard; later raised and scrapped
