• 40th Dive Bomber Aviation Regiment (Gvardeskoye, Crimean Oblast) with Pe-2
• 43rd Fighter Aviation Regiment (Gvardeskoye, Crimean Oblast) with P-39

In July 1945 the 43rd Fighter Aviation Regiment left for the Pacific Fleet.

10.47 renamed 88th Long-Range Bomber Aviation Division.

Organisation 1947:

• 565th Long-Range Bomber Aviation Regiment (Saki, Crimean Oblast) with Pe-2
• 569th Long-Range Bomber Aviation Regiment (Gvardeskoye, Crimean Oblast) with Pe-2

1.2.51 renamed 688th Maritime Torpedo Aviation Division.

In 1951 the 1675th Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment left the division, and was replaced by the 5th Guards Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment.

• 1676th Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment (Gvardeskoye, Crimean Oblast) with Pe-2
• 5th Guards Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment (Gvardeskoye, Crimean Oblast) with Tu-14T

In 2.54 the 1817th Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment joined the division.

30.4.55 renamed 141st Maritime Torpedo Aviation Division.

In 1955 the 5th Guards Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment left the division.

• 943rd Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment (Oktyabrskoye, Crimean Oblast) with Il-28
• 981st Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment (Veseloye, Crimean Oblast) with Il-28
