1970 with 130mm M-46 (2 battalions) and 152mm D-20 (1 battalion).
25.8.81 renamed 390th Guards Artillery Brigade.
1981 with 36 130mm M-46 (2 battalions) and 36 152mm D-20 (2 battalions).
1982 the 130mm M-46 (2 battalions) was replaced by the 152mm 2s5 Giatsint-S (one battalion).
In late 1982 received 1 battalion of 152mm 2A65 Msta-B.
In 1984 transferred the 152mm 2s5 Giatsint-S to the 385th Guards Artillery Brigade, and the 152mm 2A65 Msta-B to the 288th Heavy Howitzer Artillery Brigade - all were replaced by the 152mm D-20.
