All were formed 1944 in Luftgau VIII. 101., 102. and 109./VIII were disbanded in 1944. 104., 105. and 107./VIII ended the war in Luftgau VIII. 103. and 106./VIII ended the war in Luftgau XVII. 108./VIII ended the war in Prag.

Werft-Abteilungen der Luftwaffe 101. - 133./XI

All were formed Summer 1944 in Luftgau XI. 102., 106., 107., 111., 112., 114. - 121., 125. and 129. - 131./XI were all disbanded in Winter 44/45. 122. - 124. and 126. - 128./XI ended the war in Luftgau VI. 101., 104., 108. - 110., 113., 132. and 133. ended the war in Luftgau XI. 103. and 105./XI ended the war in Luftgau XIV.

Werft-Abteilungen der Luftwaffe 102. - 105., 111., 115., 121., 130. and 141. - 143./XII

All were formed Summer 1944 in Luftgau XII, from Werft-Kompanien with the same numbers. Most were disbanded again shortly afterwards.

Werft-Abteilungen der Luftwaffe 22. - 24., 103., 105. - 113. and 117. - 120./XVII

All were formed Summer 1944 in Luftgau XVII, and most were disbanded again shortly afterwards. 22., 23., 109., 110. and 111./XVII ended the war in Eger.
