Formed in Summer 1941 with 9 companies, later 11 companies. Ended the war in Italy.
Kraftwagen-Transport-Regiment 3 (Speer) der Luftwaffe
Formed in Summer 1941 with 9 companies. Served in Russia (1. coy. at Stalingrad). Ended the war under Heeresgruppe Weichsel, with Stab at Neustrelitz.
Kraftwagen-Transport-Regiment 4 (Speer) der Luftwaffe
Formed in Winter 1941/42 with 9 companies. Served in Africa. Destroyed 5.43 in Tunisia.
Kraftwagen-Transport-Regiment 5 (Speer) der Luftwaffe
Formed in 1942/43 with 9 companies (incl. a Werkstatt-Kompanie). For a short time in 1944 had 11 coys. (received 3 from Kw.Trsp.Regt.6 der Lw.). Saw action in the Southeast (Heeresgruppe E, Agram).
Kraftwagen-Transport-Regiment 6 (Speer) der Luftwaffe
Formed in 1942/43 with 2 battalions (14 companies). Disbanded in 1944 (2., 4. and 6. coys. to Kw.Trsp.Regt.5 der Lw.).
Kraftwagen-Transport-Regiment 10 (Speer) der Luftwaffe
Formed in Summer 1943 with 14 companies, from NSKK-Kraftwagen-Transport-Abteilung 500 and Kraftwagen-Transport-Abteilung Finnland (of the NSKK-Transport-Gruppe Todt). The regiment was initially known as NSKK-Kraftwagen-Transport-Regiment 10 (Todt). Served in Finland, and ended the war in Narvik and Bodö.
