Formed 9.44 with 3 companies, and transferred to the 15th Army at Arnhem.

Was to have been taken over by Division Nr. 526 (Walküre), but was transferred to the Saarpfalz instead, and on 31.10.44 was absorbed by the 347. Infanterie-Division.
