Saw action in Hürtgenwald with the 116th Panzer-Division.

Was first to have been taken over by the 2. SS Panzer-Division on 27.9.44, and then by the 246. Volks-Grenadier-Division on 21.10.44, but instead was absorbed by the 49. Infanterie-Division on 28.10.44.
