Formed 9.44 in Luftgau XIV with 3 companies, and transferred to the 7th Army in Eifel.

Was to have been taken over by the 2nd SS Panzer-Division on 27.9.44, but was instead absorbed by the 49. Infanterie-Division on 28.10.44.
