Reorganised as a schwere Flak-Abt. in 10.42:

2./gem.166 became 2./634, and was reformed form 1./522
3./gem.166 became 3./634, and was reformed from Luftwaffen-Sperrfeuer-Batterie 320
4./gem.166 became 1./392, and was reformed from 2./256
5./gem.166 became 4./393

In 10.43 reorganised as a gemischte Abteilung with two new leichte Batterien formed:

5./gem.166 from le.Flak-Bttr.zbV 3803
6./gem.166 from le.Flak-Bttr.zbV 3805

Destroyed 8.44 at Ploesti.
