Was to have become Seenostaffel 40 in 10.44, but was disbanded 9.44.

Subordinated to Seenotzentrale (L) Schwarzes Meer (6.41 - 6.42) and Seenotbereichskommando XII (6.42 - 8.44).

6.41 - 4.42 part of III. Seenotgruppe.
